Hi, I’m Brian—Certified Scrum Trainer® and host of the popular Agile Mentors Podcast. I LOVE working with Scrum Masters because it's the first role I had on a Scrum team. I've taught thousands of students over the years and helped hundreds of companies to excel using Scrum across many industries. I've helped software and non-software teams (such as Marketing or HR teams) implement and thrive with Scrum. This class is not for beginners. It's advanced because YOU are advanced.
