Welcome!

This has been a long time coming.

When I started Agility Evolved, I knew I needed a site that could do the basics. Show classes. Take registrations. Give people the information they needed. But over time, it became clear that “the basics” were not enough.

Students needed an easier way to find their class details. A clearer way to get course materials. A better way to access links, resources, reminders, practice tools, and support.

And honestly? I needed a platform that felt more like the way I teach. Practical. Human. Useful. Built for real people.

So we rebuilt the site from the ground up.

Why the change?

The old setup worked. But it was also patched together across different tools. That meant some things were harder than they needed to be. Students had to dig through emails to find class links. Materials were not always in the most obvious place. Course pages did not always give people the full picture before they registered.

The new site is designed to fix that. Not by adding noise. By making the important things easier to find.

A better student experience

One of the biggest changes is the new student portal. When you register for a class, you now get access to a private student area. That means your class information has a home.

You can log in and find:

  • your upcoming classes

  • class dates and schedule

  • Zoom links

  • course materials

  • useful resources

  • after-class links

  • SEU and PDU guidance

  • practice tools

  • student-only resources

The goal is simple. On the morning of class, you should not be searching your inbox. You should know exactly where to go.

More than just a registration site

I also wanted this new platform to become more useful after class. A two-day class can be powerful. But the real work starts when you go back to your team. So the new student area includes places for resources, tools, practice, and follow-up learning. Some of these are available now. Others will grow over time.

You will see things like:

  • the CSM practice quiz

  • AI resources for Scrum Masters and Product Owners

  • curated links and videos

  • community information

  • future tools for planning, facilitation, and team conversations

Think of it less like a filing cabinet. More like a workbench. A place where you can come back when you need help applying what we covered in class.

Better course pages

The public course pages have also been rebuilt. Each class page should now give you a clearer sense of what you are signing up for. What the class covers. Who it is for. What is included. How the schedule works. Why the class is different.

That matters to me.

I do not want someone to register just because they saw a certification name and a date. I want them to understand the experience they are choosing. My classes are interactive. Practical. Conversation-heavy. Built around real problems people are facing at work. The site should make that clear before you ever click Register.

Built for the way Agile is changing

Agile is not frozen in time. Teams are changing. Work is changing. AI is changing the way people think, plan, create, and collaborate. That is a big part of why this new site exists.

Agility Evolved is not just about teaching frameworks. It is about helping people evolve the way they work. That means keeping the human side of agility front and center.

Better conversations. Better decisions. Better teamwork. Better use of modern tools.

The new platform gives me more room to support that. Not just during class, but before and after it too.

What comes next?

This is still the beginning. I will keep improving the site as I learn what students need most. More resources will be added. More student tools will come online. The AI Hub will grow. The blog and podcast areas will continue to expand. The goal is not to make the site bigger. The goal is to make it more useful. That is the whole point. Less friction. More clarity. Better support.

For students, teams, and anyone trying to make work a little more human in the age of AI.

Welcome to the new Agility Evolved.

I’m glad you’re here.
