Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®)

Maximize Value - Not Volume

According to the Standish Group, 64% of features in software products are rarely or never used. That’s not just waste—it’s a missed opportunity to deliver real value. The Product Owner’s job is to prevent that.

In our Certified Scrum Product Owner® course, you’ll learn how to identify what truly matters to your users and stakeholders—then prioritize it. You’ll shift from managing a backlog to maximizing value, making smarter tradeoffs, and building products your customers actually want.

This isn’t about writing user stories faster. It’s about thinking like a strategist, acting like a leader, and becoming the person your team turns to for clarity and direction. Through hands-on activities, real-world scenarios, and practical tools, you’ll leave with the confidence to own the product and drive meaningful outcomes.
