Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®)
Individuals and Interactions—That’s the Job.
The Scrum Master's job is all about people—how they work together, communicate, and grow as a team. That’s why our Certified ScrumMaster® course puts Individuals and Interactions at the center of everything we teach.
This isn’t just about earning a certification. It’s about becoming the kind of Scrum Master who builds trust, fosters collaboration, and helps teams unlock their full potential. You’ll leave with the tools and mindset to lead with confidence and clarity.
Over two interactive days, you’ll learn from a seasoned Scrum Master who’s been in the trenches. Through real-world examples, group exercises, and candid discussion, you’ll gain skills that make a tangible difference—on your team, in your company, and in your career.
