Course Guide

Which Course Is Right For Me?

Choose a path by role, experience level, and goal, then jump to the course details or upcoming public training.

Start with your role

Scrum Master and Product Owner paths have different outcomes, even when both use Scrum.

Match your experience

CSM and CSPO are foundational. A-CSM and A-CSPO are better after real practice in the role.

Add AI where it fits

AI microcredentials work best when they support a clear Scrum Master or Product Owner responsibility.

Scrum Master Path

The Scrum Master route starts with team-level Scrum fundamentals, then moves into deeper coaching, facilitation, and organizational influence.

Role
Scrum Masters, facilitators, delivery leads, and people supporting Scrum teams.
Experience level
Start with CSM if you are new to Scrum or moving into the role. Choose A-CSM when you already hold CSM and have hands-on Scrum Master experience.
Goal
Build healthier teams, improve collaboration, remove impediments, and grow as a servant leader.

Product Owners, product managers, business analysts, stakeholders, and product-focused leaders.
Experience level
Start with CSPO if you are new to product ownership or need a clearer foundation. Choose A-CSPO when you already hold CSPO and make product decisions in practice.

Leader, Manager, or Organization Path

Leadership decisions usually depend on the problem you are solving: team learning, organizational change, or role-specific certification.

Role
Managers, executives, transformation leads, HR partners, PMO leaders, and people choosing training for teams.
Experience level
Choose coaching or transformations when the challenge is bigger than one role. Choose CSM or CSPO when leaders need shared Scrum language first.
Goal
Improve team systems, align leadership, support an Agile transformation, or select the right private training path.

Choosing for a team or organization?

If the need is broader than an individual certification, coaching or a Path to Agility transformation may be a better fit. Use the public courses for shared language, then contact Brian when you need a private plan.
